Ozanam Hall

Ozanam Hall was opened in 1971 by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm. Located in Bayside, Queens, Ozanam Hall is a 432-bed facility administered by the sisters.

The fabric of the Carmelite Mission is woven throughout the facility which is bound together by the strength and guidance of the Order’s founder, Mother Angeline. The home is named for Frederic Ozanam, a 17th century lawyer and philosopher known for his charitable works such as the founding of the St. Vincent de Paul society.

Ozanam Hall specializes in short-term rehabilitation as well as geriatric care.

In November 2018, the Tomiak Foundation awarded Ozanam Hall a grant for $25,000 to support it’s 24-hour skilled nursing care staff.

A special thanks to Ozanam Hall for continuing to provide first-rate geriatric care to the elderly.
